Our program is fully-licensed as a New York City contracted childcare voucher provider. This means that we accept all city-funded vouchers (HRA, ACS, etc.), and we are reimbursed for providing childcare to families who maintain their voucher current. We also welcome union vouchers/employer-sponsored vouchers.
While we do not directly assist with voucher applications, we encourage eligible families to explore vouchers as a means to pay for child care (every dollar helps). The information contained on this page serves a resource for families who wish to explore voucher application with New York City agencies. All information provided via these links belong to each respective agency. As such, please contact the agency directly if you have additional questions or need assistance.

In all cases, income eligibility and household size are taken into during the application process. On average, families receive an eligibility response within 4 to 6 weeks if the application is properly submitted and all supporting documents are provided to the agency.
What happens next?
Once you’re found eligible, the agency will issue a voucher via email and/or postal mail to your address; so please ensure that you use an email address that you can access at any time, and that your mailing address was entered without an error, including the Floor/Apartment #.
If you wish to enroll your child in our program using a city-voucher, please contact us to ensure slot availability, and email us a copy of the voucher to: vouchers@kaambadaycare.com to expedite the enrollment process.
