The health and safety of our community is a primary focus at Kaamba. To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, all children must receive the prescribed vaccines, according to their age group. A full physical health examand a signed health exam form must be completed by a pediatrician andsubmitted to the program prior to the child’s first day in our program.Vaccines must be updated periodically according to the recommended Department of Health (DOH) immunization/Dosage schedule. You may download a blank Health Exam Form and submit to your child’s pediatrician to get a head start on enrollment.
Below, you will find a number of important resources that can help keep all of our students, families and staff safe and healthy.
